Tron founder Justin Sun announced plans to launch a second-layer network based on Bitcoin to decentralize and integrate various tokens into the TRON network.

Justin Sun, head of the HTX exchange, presented the network roadmap, which includes three stages.

The first involves the integration of a number of tokens from the TRON network into the Bitcoin blockchain. In particular, these are: USDT, TRX, BTT, JST, SUN, NFT, WIN and USDC. At this stage, TRON DAO will invest in Ordinals and second-layer solutions for Bitcoin, and also plans to invest in the development of a wallet and tools that support BRC-20.

In the second stage, Tron will begin working with second-layer protocols based on Bitcoin, and in the third, launch a network that will connect TRON, BTTC and the network of the first cryptocurrency.

Sun previously reported that an additional burning of 20 million HT tokens worth about $50 million will soon take place. After completion of the procedure, HT will become decentralized meme tokens.
